The brief was to create a consistent onboarding program communicated in different languages to a widespread workforce. There was a new brand platform and management in place and one of the biggest challenges was to translate the values into everyday life. The program design was based on three steps, getting introduced to the culture in the first step, then the business and finally the workplace. Three bank stories was the first episode of getting introduced to the business. It tells how a bank works, how Swedbank works and how Swedbank sees the future! (Role: Scriptwriter & Project Manager.
